About

I am a Vancouver-based multidisciplinary artist specializing in aerial hoop & acrylic painting.

My work explores the complexities of existence through the lenses of vulnerability, individual perception, and queerness. Over the past four years, I’ve performed extensively in BC, ranging from small intimate events to larger festival stages such at Shambhala Music Festival.

My interest in movement and dance stemmed from attending music festivals and connecting with the community. In 2017, he startes his exploration into flow arts. This led to connecting further with the flow and circus community, inspiring him to share his passion for movement through performance. In 2022, he attended his first aerials class, and has been committed to aerial arts since.

I started my journey into painting in 2017. (Something about growing up and getting into sketching). Since 2020, I’ve been dedicated to a regular painting practice, and over the past few years I’ve spent most days painting. My inspiration stems from patterns & geometry found in the natural world, and dream-like psychedelic atmospheres.

Performance and dance and the discipline that came with has been a great catalyst in navigating the world of visual art. I find, the more I explore dance and visual art respectively, the more I understand more about the other, and the space within which that inspiration is found.
